Mediation can be the key to opening the doors of communication.

Let me help you find a mutually comfortable and agreeable result

be involved in

THE PROCESS.

Mediation is a process in which a trained facilitator assists disputing parties in communicating their concerns on issues and in exploring possible solutions. The mediator does not render any decision or provide any evaluation of the cases; rather, s/he facilitates the exchange of information and settles alternatives between parties.

Mediators establish and enforce procedures that are fair and even-handed; they allow all sides a chance to be heard. Sessions provide an opportunity to express emotion or frustration that may be blocking negotiation and to address underlying concerns in a controlled environment.

I believe the right mediator can make a difference in the resolution of litigated and non-litigated issues. You will find that I will be your active participant, rather than a passive observer.

Apportionment

of session fees.

Mediation fees are shared equally by all parties. Fees are required to be paid in full at the time of the mediation.

The length of time needed for each mediation depends on the complexity of the dispute, and the commitment and communication skills of the parties. I hope to resolve most disputes in one mediation session; other cases may require multiple sessions.

Lawyers may attend mediation sessions and represent their clients.

If agreed upon by all parties - it is acceptable for one party to advance or pay the mediation fee on behalf of another party.

Upon scheduling:

a $250.00 nonrefundable fee is due from each party upon receipt of the invoice.

This fee will be applied toward the total mediation fee.

Balance of the total fee is due one week prior to the date of the mediation

Accepted methods of payment include:

law firm check | cashier's check | money order | cash
