Daily practice begins with you. Let go of all your misconceptions about meditation, tune into your breath and get ready to find complete balance. In this 12-day meditation journey, you will ease into a routine and benefit from the develop that meditation has to offer. Each day we will focus on an aspect that links our mind to our body (and breath) to help you create a practice that works for you! We will start by devoting just 5 minutes a day for the first few days (preferably when you first wake in the am) and gradually work our way to 10+ minutes of mindfulness each day. We will learn how to tune into our breath, different breathing techniques to quiet the mind and discover tools to amplify our meditation experience.
