work with me
As a coach, I will help you focus your efforts on identifying new considerations for how to develop yourself, your leadership, your needs for growth, and methods in achieving your goals.
My accomplishments in dispute resolution and community development have created and fostered a passion for investigating one’s love for commitment to self and profession. We will work together to find new avenues for effectiveness, renovation and reconciliation in your self-discovery, work-life balance, and commitment to change.
I spent 16 years teaching in both public and private
K-12 institutions, almost as long coaching and playing competitive sports, and have coached professionally for people from an array of backgrounds. My passion is in leading for change, and finding the element of you that is going to drive your vision and success. What positive change do you wish to make for yourself?... and how can I help you reach that goal?
I hold a Master’s Certificate in Executive Leadership Coaching & Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University (Dallas, TX 2020) and graduated with a Master's in Education from Virginia Commonwealth University (Richmond, VA 2012). My Bachelor’s in Studio Art was received from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College (Lynchburg, VA 2006).
